2/13/10 Stan Holman ran in the USA T&F Cross Country Nationals in Spokane, WA. He ran 8000 meters in 29:12, and the team he was on took 1st place in the 40 year old age group.
2/20/10 was the Hagg Lake 50K Trail Run. Bob Lynes ran it in 7:00:10, and Lori Latendresse ran 7:24:55. Great job!
April 11, 2010 was the Peterson Ridge Rumble 60K/30K. In the 60K Allan Dushan finished 46th in 5:56:44, and Lori Latendresse was 109th in 7:53:40. In the 30K Anna Bates was 144th in 4:12:08, and Bob Lynes was 150th in 4:16:38.
4 CGRC Members ran in the Wenatchee Marathon, and 2 ran in the Wenatchee 1/2 Marathon on 4/17/10.
Stan Holman finished the Marathon in 3:00:54, Gary Daubenspeck ran 4:03:30, Esther Holman ran 4:42:43, and Amy Lynes finished sub 6. Sophie Miller ran the 1/2 Marathon with hubby Chad in 2:16:29.

Thanks to everyone who made this event a success. Parks & Rec. did a fantastic job bringing the event around the "Health Expo". Roger Lembrick for all his time. EMS for helping everyone feel safe. Also Jennifer, Stan, Jim, Ivan, Esther, Max, Andrew, Kyle, Nathan, Anna, Bob. And all the enduring participants.
At the Cinco De Mayo 1/2 Marathon in Portland on 5/2/10, Four members ran. Ivan Hooper ran 1:40:26, Lucus Lembrick 1:47:17, Bryan Mears 2:07:13, and Roger Lembrick 2:37:32.
Claudia Holman participated in the 34th running of Spokane's Lilac Bloomsday 12K with a time of 2:04:20
Word is... Jim Brashers ran 3:49:37 at the Eugene Marathon 5/2/10.
Thanks to Jan Frasier, Peggy Leslie, Chad & Sophie Miller, and Stan & Esther Holman for participating in trailwork to offset fee to use trail for Sternwheeler Days.
The 2010 McDonald Forest 50K happened May 8th. Anna Bates completed the hilly trail run in 120th place, with a time of 6:35:52, Allan Dushan ran 136th place in 6:43:03, Lori Latendresse ran 145th place in 6:53:49, and Bob Lynes was 172nd in 7:21:07. Great job!
The Tri-Co High School league Track meet was 5/14/10 @ Stevenson H.S.
CGRC members that participated were Miles Holman 800meters 2:25, 4X100 Relay 52.28, Long Jump 16.00', and Mariah Holman Triple Jump 28.04', and Brad Rich 1600 meters 4:57 advances to Districts, 3200 meters 11:21 advances to Districts, and Corey Rich 1600 meters 5:27. Here are some photos!

4 CGRC member ran in the Timberline Marathon June 5th. Esther Holman ran 4:52:29, Lori Latendresse ran 5:07:51, Bryan Mears ran 5:20:10, and Amy Lynes ran 7:51:00.
On June 5th 3 CGRC members did an adventure run in the Grand Canyon. Bob Lynes, Anna Bates, & Stan Holman were joined by Anna's sister Erin for an 18 hour day on a Lollipop Loop that usually takes hikers 6 days to complete.
  
  
  
June 6th Jim Brashers ran in the North Olympic Discovery Marathon with a time of 4:40:02, and Kelly Brashers did the 1/2 marathon in 2:10:03, along with her mother Kathy who finished in 2:29:31.
 
Gary Daubenspeck had a big PR at the Foot Traffic Full Marathon on July 4th. He ran 24th place in 3:12:25. And a qualifier for the Boston Marathon. Woohoo!
Lucas Lembrick ran the San Francisco Marathon in a fine time of 3:54:13.
On July 30th - through August 1st some club members ran/hiked 93 miles on the Wonderland Trail that encircles Mt. Rainier. Here is a link to photo's Stan took on this most awesome adventure.

Kelly Brashers got 3rd in her age group and Jan Frasier got a PR in the All Womens triathlon at Blue lake July 31st!
 Members of the Lembrick Family at the Monroe Sprint Triathon Aug. 21st.
 Four club members took part in 12 hours of 1.5 mile loops around Capitol lake in Olympia. Stan did 62 miles, Esther 48 miles, Bob 42 miles, Amy 33 miles, in record temps (97)
